Agility People Services (Agility) have offered apprenticeships since 2003 through Oxford and Cambridge RSA as the awarding body. We offer all qualifications, assessments and tests that are included in the apprenticeship. This includes certificates, qualifications and functional skills. We offer the apprentice qualifications in level 2, level 3, level 4, and level 5.
Agility offer comprehensive package to our customers we offer a Training Needs Analysis for the company and each employee. Then at Agility’s robust training centre, we offer training which is tailored, bespoken, option of national recognised qualifications, non regulated training and Continuous Professional Development.
Agility offers learners courses with engagement training resources to complete their training and qualifications and develop the learner. These include icebreakers, workbooks, worksheets, games, mysteries, exercises, tests, choice, interactive digital, and ICT resources which are aesthetic to the eye. We offer a range of mandatory training and business led courses such as Health and Safety and Manual Handling, Equal Opportunities Diversity and Inclusion, Data Protection, and training to develop the business of Consumer Protection, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing, Presentation Skills, Motivation skills, Team Leadership, and Management. Our commitment is to offer training that they need to be employed and sustain employment and to offer training to employers that they need to develop their business.
